Three things drive the price. How thick the concrete is. Whether it has rebar or wire mesh. And how close we can get a truck. A 4 inch patio with good access is cheap. A 10 inch reinforced pad behind a house with a 3 foot side gate is not. We tell you which one you have before we start.
Because concrete gets recycled instead of dumped, disposal fees are lower than general demolition debris. That savings is built into our quotes.
